oops. i meant to put this in the womens health section.
I have been doing lower carb and have had some weight loss success, but i’d like to make my diet more sustainable and up my carbs a little. the problem is that i sort of am afraid of upping my carbs because it might cause weight gain. I am eating between 1700 and 1900 calories a day and i burn 2200-2500 calories a day depending on whether I exercise or not.
