www.TheSamuraiSchool was proud to be featured on the CW Morning News in San Diego demonstrating their “Tools for Personal Safety – Women’s Self Defense Class” techniques. Tony Whetstine of Poway Samurai Martial Arts demonstrates some safety tips women can use to keep themselves safe. This video is just a few techniques women can learn in this class. Women who attend learn physical techniques as well as strategies that can help them in escaping, controlling, avoiding and evading dangerous situations.
