I am 18 and seriously want to lose weight, but keep failing. I feel like I am doing soemthing wrong, but don’t know what. I have a gym membership and feel like its going to waste. I want to lose 50lbs. So what are some good weight loss tips in terms of calories consumption and how often to exercise, foods to eat,
I am 5ft 6in and about 190lbs by the way.
Plus any overeating tips, how many times a day to eat? and at what times?

Back in the days of the late 70′s and throughout most of the 80′s, women would mostly wear unitards, leg warmers, and simple t-shirts to go exercise in a gym. Women’s workout clothing was very limited and uncomfortable for the most part.

In this day and age, fitness wear, especially when looking at women’s fitness clothing is important to a healthy look and feel.

Today more than ever before, women are very conscious of their appearance.

Due to the many multimedia outlets such as fashion/beauty magazines, TV ads, and billboards depicting slim toned female bodies, many women spend a considerable amount of money to look their best.

For a woman, that may mean buying a gym membership, training sessions, taking yoga classes, doing various types of fitness activity, and purchasing exercise apparel.

To keep a woman motivated to continue to exercise, is in wearing the right type of workout clothing.

Women want to look their best at all times, even when training hard and sweating. That is why it is vital to buy quality fitness wear that makes a woman feel confident, motivated and sexy.

You can go to any gym in any major city and you will see the amount of women dedicated to their physiques.

Women who are considering to purchase fitness wear should always look for clothing that fits and feels comfortable, and is aesthetically pleasing to their body.

Women’s fitness clothing should be always consist of good quality, high durability, with a look that should be inspiring and fun to the woman who wears it.

What would you say if I told you could do just that and only spend one payment? What would you say if I told you that you wouldn’t need to dedicate an entire room to your equipment? What would you say if I said free weights were your curve fitness workout and all that you need?

One of the biggest problems with those fancy machines besides cost is that they are complicated. They are hard to set up, hard to configure, hard to understand, and believe it or not it’s going to be hard to get that curve fitness.

For curve fitness you don’t need to spend a fortune and you don’t need a complex workout. With a proper workout you can get those vivacious curves in no time. And the great thing about free weights is the ease of changing the routines.

Although free weights are a cheap and easy way to get curve fitness there are other options. Pilates is another option that is affordable, requires little space, and it’s an easy way to create curves through the use of resistance.

For curve fitness that entails toning the abs there is good news and bad news. The bad news is that the abs are the hardest area of the body to get into shape but don’t give up it can be done with some serious determination. Now the good news is you require no equipment to work the abs. There are many exercises that can tone the muscles and walking or jogging helps burn calories.

You know that it seems it’s always the stomach that gets to hold all those calories and although they are the easiest spot to put the extra weight on they are the hardest to get rid of.
