@emeraldgypsyheart …Jayas are supposedly more for indoor light activity like yoga and pilates…if ur a hard core barefoot type person I say why not tho the makers say no…hope that helps )

I bought a pair of jayas today… haven’t worn them yet… I have a pair of kso and LOVE LOVE them… I will review my jayas once I start wearing them. I plan to wear them as everyday shoes out and about… what do you think… is that a good idea or should I stick to wearing my kso for out and about? Thanks for a good vid!

i wore shape-ups at work for a few weeks. They didn’t cause any noticable problems but they did absolutely nothing for me. Waste of money, if you ask me, and not even slightly attractive
