im going to do this everyday with Zumba.!! Hope I see results. Also, does anyone know of anything to really help with toning arms without weights? Im a girl and want better arms but I had dislocated my shoulder and its hard to lift weights..also, what helps lower belly fat? Any advice guys? Im eating right but it won’t go away…

please please show us a very effective workout for upper puffy muffin abs ,,because my upper abs i dont know why its little puffy.. my whole body even lower ab getting shrink but i cant rid of this upper puffy abs looks like a muffin abs.
