@parkranger487 It’s not about losing weight its about being healthy. exercise to be healthy….eat to be healthy and the flat stomach will come naturally and it wont hurt you.

One question When you said that a teenager under a BMI of 25 shouldn’t worry about losing weight because it’s unhealthy, can i still lose like 5 kgs? I just want a flat stomach and i’m not overdoing my exercise. I’m doing 20 minutes on the treadmill everyday and eating ‘healthy’ haha. Nah, i still eat chocolate cake but only one slice this time So once i get to a flat tummy do i still exercise? Because you said it will hurt me in the long run, now im scared :l

Ugh I **** being sixteen because my weight fluctuates so easily. Throughout the year I’ll drop 20 pounds in a snap then in a few months gain it all back without changing my diet the whole time. I just don’t understand

There is a massive difference between people who are fit anyway and stay fit and people who are unfit and big. It’s hard to take tips from somebody who is obviously a bit too thin (no offence).

BMI is not a correct way to figure it out. They do not take into many characteristics of the person. It really varies by each person…so a chart that does not define your body type is useless.
