Thanks for posting – this 6 weeks, my class will be using your video example for our 15 minute upper body section. I’ll post a note when we have completed the term. They’re all looking forward to those dimples and clefts that come with toned arms and shoulders. (:

@vikki12307 It was marketed as an Arm and Shoulder work out. If you want to tone anything else look at her other routines for Abs and Hips, Buns and Thighs. She also does routines for Flexibility and Calorie burning.

Its enough if i do just as many reps as she does? Or do i have to make more to see results? It seems too me she is not making enough reps. Or am I wrong? Would be great if this 10 min workout was enough!?
