I liked this video and another I watched alot, I dont plan on doing “yoga”, mainly b/c I dont like the music/ meditative aspect of it, but needed good stretches like this for tennis, and they should work perfect. You perform them in a very dynamic way, how an athlete would. I like it!

Thank you so much! I have been having so much pain and soreness in my neck and shoulders – to the point of causing headaches and tingling in my arms. I work 11 hr shifts sitting at a computer – these super easy, simple stretches I can do AT my desk and help immediately as well as immensely. Thank you, thank you!
