Drink a full glass of cold water as that will reduce hunger pangs. Take smaller portions and /or eat slowly. Do Not wash a mouth full of food down with any liquid. Pay attention to the flavor changes in chewing during eating. Skip desert if you are full from the main course. If you must have desert, have a banana dusted with a little cinnamon for tasty banana. Dont skip breakfast or make breakfast a cup of coffee and a dough nut. Eat alone and dont let a faster eater set your pace of eating.

you can start the abkins diet that lets you eat only meat (and mayonase,eggs) until 7 in the afternoon its realy good if you have enough meat and ur a meat lover.. lost 6 kilos in 1,5 weeks

My mum is on weightwatchers and they have really nice sweets that you **** on for ages and they’re not really unhealthy or anything. Some of them are like sherbet lemons, blackcurrent things and small fruity strawberry cube things. I don’t know if you have to join weightwatchers though to buy those ones but there may be other sweets or stuff in supermarkets!

@geekunmow Exactaly what I was going to say.
When you feel hungry it is normally your body craving liquid. So have a glass of water first.
Also when you do sit down to eat a meal drink a glass of water first then you wont eat as much. Remember when you do eat. Don’t be doing anything else like reading, watching tv and not consentraing on your food. Eat slowly, it takes five minuits for your body to tell your brain that it’s full.

Drink lots and lots of water every time you want to binge. Not only will that keep you thin, it will keep you healthy as well. 8 bottles a day should be the max. Even if you don’t exercise much (or at all) you’ll still lose weight this way. =]

If you can find healthier alternatives that you like better, it’s a lot easier. The less you feel like you’re giving things up the easier it will be to stick with it. If I have fresh fruit and healthy snacks around I eat less junk and that helps. Also, when you’re doing something “not diet-ish” make sure you make the most of it. It’s better to eat a piece of cheesecake, enjoy it and move on than eat an entire box of cookies because you have to make up for not having cheesecake.

Pudgy and happy is better than skinny and miserable Nah seriously though Tris, you aren’t fat! If you insist though, my dieting tips would be to get into exercise. It’s been aaaages since I’ve properly exercised but once you do get into it it’s great craic and you just want to exercise lots. Also, eat celery, negative calories (apparantly that’s a myth though…)

mm by drinking lots of water you’ll lose weight of course.
Don’t do a lot of exercise, muscles weights more than fat, so if you do some jogging so as to sweat it’ll be good for your body!!
What I also do is to quit candy…fatty things, I mean, you can try them, but like twice a week, and it’s like a lot!!

here are somethings i have done and since January have lost 20 lbs ^__^
1. drink lots and lots of water (or milk). my sister whips her milk into a froth and because of all the air inside, it feels like you’re drinking more and are in turn much fuller.
2. get out of the house, the farther away you are from food the less likely you are to eat it. don’t carry cash on you, it will be a temptation to go to a fast food place.
3. don’t ever be bored. DO SOMETHING! anything really…

Oh! Eat slowly. Also, eat the veggies first during meals and snack less or get rid of your usual snacks and replace them with healthier foods like fresh fruit (because canned is just coasted in syrup). Know the serving size of whatever you’re eating and have a vague idea of how many calories it has. I also find it helps to drink a glass or two of water when I want a snack instead of just reaching for it. If I still want it after the water I’ll have it.

replace half of your bread portion with veggies. do the same with your meat portion. less or no deserts. no cola. =] that should do you because you look pretty trim already. =] *wink*

I’m as thin as can be.. but I have this really fast metabolism, so it’s cheating.
I’d give you the tip to eat less snacks and if you go out, you don’t even have to jog. Just as long as you take a walk every day, enjoying the nature. You can also get yourself some sort of dancing game.. they make you lose weight without really thinking about it. x)

Keep as little food in the house as possible.
Use smaller plates.
Don’t jog like THAT.
Take up something that gets out aggression. Like foxy-boxing, hot-oil wrestling and such-and-such (Simpsons quotage FTW)
CHOCOLATE IS EVIL SO SCREAM AT IT.
And by the way, you’re hardly fat Saying you’re fat is like saying I’m a ***. It’s a gross falsehood. Make it gradual, don’t expect to lose 14 stone in a day.

Not that I’m biased but sex is pretty good at burning calories.
Just make sure you eat loads of vegetables, salads and pulses, cut out your processed meats. Cook and eat lean meat. Do not buy junk or you will eat junk. Don’t have junk food in the house.
Find a green field to run around in or join a gym or join a football team.

lmao i had a kit kat chunky in front of my computer too!!! i had just eaten it like 5 mins before i watched this video. anyways i would suggest work out DVDs if u don’t want to be seen running in the street looking like an old man lmao. However if u do want to run outside it would be best to run in a park or public footpath or grassy space of some sort because its softer on your legs.
