In this video, Ivey League Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Blue belt, Jeaneo Binney, is showing how to throw an attacker with a hip toss and then go right into a straight armlock. This is a great skill to know if you’re ever attacked and need a simply but effective technique to turn the tables and have you on the winning end of a fight. Jeaneo Binney is 47 years old and travels 45 minutes from Bowie, Maryland to train with Danny Ives at his school in Severna Park. She earned her Blue Belt under Danny in March of 2009.
